General

What is Smart Aleck (ჭკუის კოლოფი)?

The first Georgian multi-purpose AI platform: four experts under one roof — the Host (a general assistant), the Lawyer, the Doctor (an AI medical consultant) and the Psychologist. It runs right in the browser: chkuiskolopi.ge. Its creator is Sandro Amashukeli — a lawyer and psychologist.

Is it free or paid?

Both: every user gets 15 free answers a day (the limit renews daily). Beyond that the service is paid: a full legal answer costs on average 1–2 GEL, psychologist's and other simple answers — 5–10 tetri.

Which languages does it speak?

It answers in the language you use — the primary language is Georgian, and the interface is fully bilingual (Georgian/English; switch it in the lifebuoy menu). Voice dictation currently recognises Georgian speech.

Why do some answers take a few minutes?

A deep answer (especially legal research) genuinely works: it searches laws and precedents, compares and verifies. The wait is a sign of thorough work — the psychologist's replies are instant.

Can the doctor's answers be trusted?

The doctor-consultant interviews you, explains symptoms and lab results, and prepares you for a visit — but it never gives a final diagnosis and never prescribes treatment. When needed, it always advises seeing a real doctor.

Account and money

How do I top up my balance?

From the top-up page: chkuiskolopi.ge/pricing. Georgian cards pay in GEL, foreign ones in USD; PayPal is accepted too (minimum top-up 10 USD). The money appears immediately.

Can I get a refund?

Yes: you can get your unspent balance back at any time, and in case of poor service — a full refund of the transaction. Tell the cabinet's Helper: "I want a refund", the amount and the reason.

What is the difference between the power levels?

There are three: cheap (fast, nearly free), medium (for everyday questions) and strong (deep analysis for hard problems — costs more balance). Switch right in the chat: "switch to strong".

I forgot my password / can't log in — what do I do?

Use "password recovery" on the sign-in page — a link arrives by email. If you still can't get in, write to us: info@chkuiskolopi.ge.

Memory and security

Does it remember my conversations?

Registered users have the choice: enable long-term memory in the cabinet and the platform remembers the important details from conversation to conversation. You can turn it off at any time — in the cabinet or with a single request to the Helper.

Who reads my uploaded files?

Profile files are read by the expert only with your explicit consent — it asks for consent right in the conversation. Material meant for another person is kept in a separate "people space" and never mixes with yours. Such a space lives inside the expert with whom it was opened (today — the doctor) and is not visible to other experts.

How do I embed the bot on my website?

Register on the portal developers.chkuiskolopi.ge, build your bot (Ostati helps) and paste one line into your site:

What does a partner bot cost?

You pay only for real usage — every answer is charged to your balance. The widget works at balance ≥ $1; minimum top-up $10; a $5 gift on registration — testing starts free.

Will the bot work in Telegram and Messenger?

Yes — one and the same bot answers on all three channels: the site widget, Telegram (with a @BotFather token) and Facebook Messenger (with your Meta business). Teach it once — it works the same everywhere. Instructions.

Can I give the bot my brand's look?

Yes: colours, shape, your logo on the floating button — and, if you wish, white-label mode (without the "powered by" line). Details.

How do I know another site won't use my key?

Enable the domain list: enter your website(s) and the bot works only there — a request from any other domain is automatically rejected (403). How it works.

Help

How do I reach a live human?

Users: open the lifebuoy menu in the top corner and choose "112 Rescue", or ask the cabinet's Helper — "I want live help". Partners: the "⛑️ Doctor's Box" in the portal. Or directly: info@chkuiskolopi.ge.

Something broke — no answer comes / payment fails.

Tell the cabinet's Helper in one sentence, or email us — we check quickly. With a temporary hiccup, simply retrying the same question often suffices.
